informational meeting on Voting Systems is being held on:
June 1, 2006 at 1:00pm - 4:00pm

THIS IS NOT A BID.
The purpose of this meeting is to review a proposed contract
template and procurement strategy for voting systems and collect information
and feedback from potential bidders on that proposed strategy
For a copy of the Draft Bid, all interested bidders should
register to receive bids following the instructions below:
1) Log on to OGS Website at: www.ogs.state.ny.us
2) Scroll down to bottom of the page.
3) Under the middle column FOR BUSINESS, select Vendor
Registration for Bid Notification. Click on New Vendor Registration. Provide
some basic information about your company and then select the Product and/or
Service Classification areas which match your business interests.
4) If you are not certain which Product and Services
Classifications match your business profile or to search and review the
detailed lists, click on the link named Product and Service Classification.
This will open a new browser window for your use. After carefully deciding and
making a note of the two digit Classification codes which match your business
interests, return to this window to make your registration selection(s).
5) Add additional classifications and click on Update
Classification
6) Print page for your records before clicking on Submit
Classification.
7) Click Submit Classification. Class codes for voting
systems are: 43,44,45&46
