In New Mexico a high level of undervotes and phantom votes were reported. Researchers pointed out the numbers that are shown on the states certified numbers. The Secretary of State denies the numbers are there.

In Ohio the state GOP legislators are complaining about the cost of recounts while they completely discount their use. They ignore the fact that a recount can show where there are weaknesses in the election system.

In Washington the winner of the governor race is now known but the battle may not be over yet.
