Well, can it really be over in Washington? All of the votes are counted and the Democrat won by 130 votes after two recounts. The GOP probably won’t admit defeat for awhile.

In New Mexico the state supreme court met and decided against a suit that would have required a recount. They took this action without ever hearing anything from the lawyers.

And, in Ohio, has Kerry really decided to get more involved? It looks like that might be the case.
